Declinations.
It's december 27th, near the winter solstice. The Sun declination is >23° south; the Moon's around 27° south.
Moon phase.
It's new moon: the Sun and the Moon are on the same side relative to the Earth.
Of the same signs.
When the Moon presents the same declination sign as that of the Sun, and moreover presents the same position sign relative to the Earth, as that of the Sun, the two spatioles, in a semi-diurnal tidal basin, act either both in advance, or late. It depends.
Near midday, the Moon and the Sun, almost at the same time, pass over the meridian (curve A). Both spatioles will be late, because both will have a south declination.
Near midnight, the Moon and the Sun, almost at the same time, pass over the opposite meridian. Both spatioles will be in advance.

The passage of the two spatioles at midday.
The theoretical centre of the moon spatiole will be at Venice at 12.42 (u.t.+1) [curve A, decl. 26° south, late].
Almost at the same time, the sun spatiole [curve A, decl. 23° south, late].
No considerable effect on the water level in the lagoon. The effect will be experienced much later - because of what has taken place where the water depth is substantial - when the related tidal wave comes, the #15, which will be at its highest level at around 23.50 (u.t.+1).
The passage of the two spatioles at midnight.
At around midnight, an inverse situation will take place, when both spatioles are in advance, having to apply the curve B for that of the Moon, and for that of the Sun as well.
The theoretical centre of the moon spatiole will be at Venice at 23.35 (u.t.+1) [curve B, decl. 25° south, in advance].
Almost at the same time, the sun spatiole [curve B, decl. 23° south, in advance].
No considerable effect on the water level in the lagoon. The effect will be experienced much later - because of what has taken place where the water depth is substantial - when the related tidal wave comes, the #16, which will be at its highest level at around 10.10 (u.t. +1) of december 28th.
On the interval between these two tidal waves.
The wave generated near midday will form a couple of waves with that generated near midnight. The longer interval will take place during the afternoon, between the wave #16 and the wave #17.
