The purpose of the test Z is to detect the critical angular velocity values of the Moon, at which water, as firm as possible with respect to Earth, manifests to be induced to cumulative dissipative processes.

As a premise, two points.
1 - Movement relative to the mass of the Earth.
The movement of water relative to the mass of the Earth has effects on all molecules. Though this it does not give rise to the tide, being a widespread phenomenon, general, not local. It would only have the important effect of lowering the entropy of the water.
2 - Movement relative to Sun and Moon.
The tides would be due to the fact that the effect of the movement of water relative to the masses of Sun and Moon (variation in the density of water), does not happen everywhere, at the same time, to the same degree, but develops at different times in different areas.
This hypothesis will be tested thanks to the TEST Z.
Program.
During many sessions, it will be necessary to detect all critical angular velocities specific to the water molecule, at all angular velocities, at which the Moon recovers its delay, with respect to the rotation of the Earth, on the rare occasions when said angular velocities vary less than a second per hour, at the points a, b, c, d of the calendar.
The angular velocity, given as hourly average per each day, of how much the Moon recovers its delay, on its revolution around the Earth, defined in 86400 seconds, and performed during one sidereal month.
The test is performed, in a basin, where the water is as firm as possible, compared to the surrounding matter, for the duration of the test.
The result.
The result will not be to have a precise list of critical angular velocities, valid for the water molecule, at which cumulative-dissipative processes are possible. Not a precise list, as it can be possible in seeds still on the ground.
The closer to a critical value, the more water molecules are induced to cumulative-dissipative processes, the greater the phenomenon of formation of water protuberances.
The greater or lesser intensity of the phenomena will indicate the greater or lesser proximity to one of the critical angular velocity values to be found (see examples at page 2.5.6).
At a stable angular velocity of the Moon.
When the Moon keeps itself, to the same critical value of angular motion, for several minutes, many water molecules, over a relatively large area, would tend to assume the same configuration, and form figures orderly arranged, though for an ephemeral time.
That may occur above all during one of the four points of inversion - a, b, c, d - of the calendar, when the Moon angular velocity is stable at a given value ...
... if this is one of the critical values, ...
... and, on top of that, if all the other main constraints are fulfilled (energy exchanges, not far from a spatiole, no wind, appropriate light, low level of noise caused by the motion of the water). One can then record either photos or videos, of the kind shown on this itinerary of discovery.
